Prayer request

And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.          Matthew 25:40

Pray without ceasing. 1 Thessalonians 5:17

Please pray for widow Jill (a close friend of ours) her husband, Gary, unexpectedly died of a heart attack on February 13, 2018.  Both of them are strong Christians yet are not part of a church. They have one son, Christopher (age 27), who has cerebral palsy.  Gary was retired and was Christopher’s home caregiver. Jill is going through a whole bunch of difficulties right now and currently is asking for prayer.

  • Please pray that God would direct her as to what steps to take
  • Please pray that God will continue to provide for them financially
  • And many more things they are going through

“Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.” James 1:27

Thank you all so much for praying, feel free to ask questions below.

    I will pray again,
I am very sad and sorry for her but Jesus IS near her especially now.

  2. The scriptures are clear on God’s care for widows and the fatherless. He is a Father to the fatherless and a husband to the widow. Praying they will have God’s wisdom in all things. It is good they have a friend like you.
